Montague Island Eco Adventure, Guided lighthouse tour + Guided snorkel tour

Join us for a wildlife discovery adventure and learn some
history along the way. Head out to Montague Island- lookout for dolphins,
WHALES(in season), turtles and other wildlife on the way. Once out at the
island enjoy the cruise around to the various locations of our little puppies
of the sea (seals) on Montague Island. Then we head over to the island's jetty.
Disembark and participate in a National Park 1,5 hour guided tour of the lighthouse and
surrounds. Soak up the breathtaking views from the lighthouse and marvel at the
birdlife. Then hop back onboard Dallas and head back over to the seals for a
Guided snorkel and some afternoon tea. Dont forget your cameras! Back on board and Return to port around 4.30pm
with a mind and camera full of marvellous memories.
Sturdy non-slip shoes- (no high heels please!) A waterproof
jacket and a towel if going snorkeling. Your own snorkeling gear if you have.
We provide fins, masks and snorkels, Wetsuits can be hired from our bus at the wharf for $15 just choose the extra when booking and please arrive a little bit before the trip to try on your wetsuit. Sun protection and a hat.
Tour participants need to be able to step from the boat onto
a ladder with minimal assistance to gain access to the island. The path up to
the lighthouse from the jetty is a fairly steep 200m walk and the lighthouse
steps are also quite steep. There are no refunds if you are physically unable to participate in any part of the tour.
All tours are subject to minimum numbers and sea conditions.
Meet at the boat Dallas15 min prior to departure at the main
town wharf in Bluewater Drive.
